  1. Jon\u00e1s 1,1-2,1-11; San Lucas 10,25-37<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    En la primera lectura de este d\u00eda iniciamos la historia de Jon\u00e1s, profeta. Pero un profeta muy especial, diferente a todos los dem\u00e1s profetas, al grado que muchos de los especialistas hasta niegan que pueda ser profeta.<\/p>\n

    Algunos lo toman como un cuento, algunos dicen que es una f\u00e1bula o una forma did\u00e1ctica. Aunque es dif\u00edcil probar la historicidad de este profeta tan especial, nos ofrece, en tonos a veces dram\u00e1ticos, a veces jocosos, una gran ense\u00f1anza. La vida de Jon\u00e1s puede parecerse a la de cada uno de nosotros.<\/p>\n

    Hoy se nos presenta y sin m\u00e1s pre\u00e1mbulo le dice el Se\u00f1or: \u201cLev\u00e1ntate y vete a N\u00ednive, la gran ciudad, y predica en ella que su maldad ha llegado hasta m\u00ed\u201d Una gran misi\u00f3n encomendada por el Se\u00f1or. Siempre teniendo \u00c9l la iniciativa, siempre con proyectos de salvaci\u00f3n y de encomiendas importantes. \u00bfQu\u00e9 hace Jon\u00e1s? En lugar de ir a cumplir la misi\u00f3n \u00a1Sale huyendo! No le importa que Dios lo haya escogido para una misi\u00f3n, no le importa que una ciudad est\u00e9 en peligro de exterminio, \u00e9l no est\u00e1 dispuesto al compromiso ni al riesgo de predicar la palabra, prefiere huir.<\/p>\n

    Esto me hace pensar en muchos de nosotros que a diario estamos recibiendo la misi\u00f3n de parte de Dios y que sin embargo no la queremos aceptar, por muchas razones, y preferimos huir. As\u00ed veamos la grandeza de la propuesta de Dios, as\u00ed veamos la gravedad de las circunstancias que est\u00e1 viviendo su pueblo, preferimos la huida y no aceptar responsabilidades. Preferimos no ver la situaci\u00f3n y nos alejamos tanto de Dios como del pueblo que est\u00e1 en problemas. En el mismo pasaje de este d\u00eda encontramos lo que casi todos sabemos de Jon\u00e1s: en su huida sube a un barco que es azotado por una tormenta. Aquellos marineros, asustados ante el peligro perciben algo extra\u00f1o y todos empiezan a buscar e invocar a su dios. S\u00f3lo el verdadero culpable, Jon\u00e1s, queda dormido e indiferente. Es obligado a confesar y arrojado en el mar donde es tragado por una ballena.<\/p>\n

    Nosotros nos parecemos muchas veces a Jon\u00e1s, aunque somos causantes y hemos provocado problemas, nos hacemos los desentendidos y dejamos que el mal se extienda y multiplique.<\/p>\n

    Continuaremos con la historia de Jon\u00e1s, pero hoy quedan preguntas en nuestro coraz\u00f3n: \u00bfCu\u00e1l es la misi\u00f3n que nos pide el Se\u00f1or? \u00bfC\u00f3mo le estamos respondiendo? \u00bfNos escondemos y huimos de las responsabilidades? \u00bfNo somos consecuentes con nuestros actos y dejamos que perjudiquen a los dem\u00e1s?<\/p>\n
