En la lectura del Evangelio de hoy, vemos que es justamente el Esp\u00edritu Santo el que nos hace entender la verdad o, usando las palabras de Jes\u00fas, es el Esp\u00edritu el que nos hace conocer la voz de Jes\u00fas: <em>\u00abMis ovejas escuchan mi voz y yo las conozco y ellas me siguen\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Iglesia sale adelante gracias a la obra del Esp\u00edritu Santo, que nos hace escuchar la voz del Se\u00f1or. \u00bfY c\u00f3mo puedo estar seguro de que esa voz que escucho es la voz de Jes\u00fas, de que lo que escucho que debo hacer viene del Esp\u00edritu Santo? Hay que rezar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin la oraci\u00f3n no hay sitio para el Esp\u00edritu Santo. Hay que pedir a Dios que nos mande este don: \u00abSe\u00f1or, danos el Esp\u00edritu Santo para que podamos discernir en cualquier momento qu\u00e9 debemos hacer\u00bb, que no es siempre lo mismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mensaje es el mismo: la Iglesia sale adelante, la Iglesia sale adelante con estas sorpresas, con estas novedades del Esp\u00edritu Santo. Hay que discernirlas, y, para discernirlas, hay que rezar, pedir esta gracia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>San Bernab\u00e9 estaba lleno del Esp\u00edritu Santo y entendi\u00f3 inmediatamente; Pedro vio y dijo: <em>\u00abPero, \u00bfqui\u00e9n soy yo para negar aqu\u00ed el Bautismo?\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es el Esp\u00edritu Santo quien hace que no nos equivoquemos. \u00abPero, padre, \u00bfpor \u00bfqu\u00e9 meterse en tantos problemas? Hagamos las cosas como siempre las hemos hecho, y as\u00ed estamos m\u00e1s seguros\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El problema de hacer siempre lo mismo que hemos hecho, es una alternativa de muerte. Hay que arriesgarse con la oraci\u00f3n, mucho, con la humildad, a aceptar lo que el Esp\u00edritu Santo nos pide que cambiemos.
